Why does my Yahoo home page and all the Yahoo pages(sports,news etc.) not refresh itself automatically?

I can leave for days and when I open my Yahoo home page all the news will be the same as when I last looked at it as are the sports scores and so on. I can manually refresh it and it will update. It’s just that it used to do it automatically. Is their something I can do? Has anyone else ever had this problem?
